Admissions Process

  • Inquiries are welcome by calling the school for additional information (603-788-8238)

    School tours may be scheduled

Prospects will be directed towards our online application

  • The application grants the Head of School permission to contact the previous school for additional information. All information is reviewed.

The Admissions Team meets, without identifying the applicant, to review application/additional information including:

-Special academic needs or pertinent background information

    -IEP/Service plan

-Diagnosed academic condition: ADD, hearing, vision, etc.

    -Behavioral concerns

  • After careful discernment and prayer, the team reports their findings to leadership.

Findings will result in either acceptance, denial, or conditional acceptance.

  • If an applicant is denied, the admissions team will email the family news of the decision. The admissions team denial/acceptance decisions are final and non-appealable.

If an applicant is accepted, the admissions team will email the family news of the decision. The Head of School will then send an acceptance package via email to the family.

Admission team acceptance decisions can be revoked based on student conduct. Please refer to the SJPII Handbook for more information.

Upon Acceptance…

  1. Families will receive a formal acceptance letter, link to register, FACTS information, New parents FAQ, Medical Authorization Form, Parental Authorization Form, Physician’s Health Form, Transfer of Records/Recommendation Form, and an Academic Calendar.

  2. Families that have applied for tuition assistance through FACTS will receive a letter from our team with details regarding their financial aid package.

  3. After financial aid has been determined necessary or not, families will receive an enrollment contract that solidifies their spot. Families will also be asked to activate an account on Alma, our student information system.
